These general House Rules apply across the Joyapulia Collection. Property-specific rules (quiet hours, parking, pets, events) are shared with your booking confirmation.

Respect for neighbours

• Observe local quiet hours, typically 23:00–08:00.
• Keep outdoor music and conversations considerate, especially at night.

Use of the home

• Only the guests named on the booking may stay.
• No unauthorised parties or events.
• Smoking is allowed only in designated outdoor areas.

Safety

• Children must be supervised at all times, especially near the sea.
• Do not remove or disable smoke/CO detectors.

Damages

Accidental breakage happens — please let us know. Excessive damage or breach of these rules may result in additional charges or early termination of the stay.
