Booking Terms

1. Booking request
Submitting a booking request does not confirm a booking. Stays are subject to availability. Final price, fees, taxes and cancellation policy will be confirmed in writing before a booking is confirmed.
2. Confirmation
A booking is confirmed only once we approve your request, share a written quote (base price, optional cleaning fee, deposit where applicable, tourist tax note) and any applicable payment is completed.
3. Guest responsibilities
- Accurate information (names, guest count, arrival/departure).
- Respect for the house, neighbours, and applicable local rules (see House Rules).
- Valid identification at check-in as required by Italian law.
4. Payment
We do not store payment card data. Payment is handled via payment links or alternative methods we agree with you in writing.
5. Changes and cancellation
See Cancellation Policy.
6. Liability
These Booking Terms do not limit your statutory consumer protection rights.
