Booking Terms

1. Booking request

Submitting a booking request does not confirm a booking. Stays are subject to availability. Final price, fees, taxes and cancellation policy will be confirmed in writing before a booking is confirmed.

2. Confirmation

A booking is confirmed only once we approve your request, share a written quote (base price, optional cleaning fee, deposit where applicable, tourist tax note) and any applicable payment is completed.

3. Guest responsibilities

• Accurate information (names, guest count, arrival/departure).
• Respect for the house, neighbours, and applicable local rules (see House Rules).
• Valid identification at check-in as required by Italian law.

4. Payment

We do not store payment card data. Payment is handled via payment links or alternative methods we agree with you in writing.
