Cancellation Policy

The exact cancellation policy applied to your stay will be presented in your written quote and booking confirmation. The template below describes our default approach; specific deadlines may vary by season and length of stay.

Default template

• Cancellation more than 30 days before check-in: refund of amounts paid, minus any non-refundable deposit clearly marked as such.
• Cancellation between 15 and 30 days before check-in: partial refund.
• Cancellation less than 15 days before check-in or no-show: no refund.

Force majeure

Where check-in is prevented by force majeure (as defined by applicable law), we will discuss a fair resolution, which may include rescheduling, subject to availability.
